I have called them and they stonewall me, saying they will not deal with it.

I've now had a reply from the team saying that none of my bookings were made through the portal. They were, and I entered my exec number. In fact, I even had a reply from them on the 29th November 2022 stating that 2 of the 5 bookings had tracked and would take 8 weeks to credit. They never credited, and now the team on email has stonewalled and the reply address is "unmonitored". No idea what to do - and we're talking about 8,000 points here. This is just a disgusting way to deal with executive club members. I am 100% moving flyer program - I have had it with BA. It's just appalling.
