If you really want to stick it to them, rent from somewhere else and file an arbitration case for whatever is the cost difference.
Good idea re Twitter. Will give that a try. I think my main concern is that my travel date will arrive and they will STILL cancel. Both agents said they were low on fleet on couldn’t spare OWs. The other companies aren’t even permitting OW rez even from airport.
