Everyone could see the deleted flight in the history of the PNR, and everyone had a different theory as to what happened. But it's possibly related to the fact that my flight for this sector was canceled by AA twice and I was automatically rebooked twice. In the end, I spoke to AA, the travel agent who then spoke to Trade Support, and the GGL line who in turn needed to call Oneworld, and each call ended with the same story: "We can see what happened, but we're not sure why."
That said, it got fixed, and I'll make all of my connections.
