It's Aperol Spritz season at our home.

I've had a bottle of Gruet in the wine fridge for 3+ years, not because I thought it would get any better, but this just wasn't something I wanted to serve guests or use for a celebration. I tried some before mixing into the spritz, and it was quite nice. Good in the spritz too .
