How is it not a game of chance? make a bid and hope that it is successful - that seems pretty much the definition of gaming (in the tense of gambling). Given that , ime, Qantas has expensive fares and I would suspect that there could well be offerings where a business fare may be no more than fare paid plus amount prepared to gamble on getting the higher cabin and taking away the risk - how is that not a reasoonable suggestion to consider?
