But OP isn’t just a Plat. They are LTP.
The coding for LTP is different in MARSHA than regular plat.
Like in my earlier comment; if the GSM or FOM don’t recognize it, try the GM (I would make sure to give the GM a chance to make it right before taking higher into corporate.)
