I was highlighting this mainly for the older cards (which definitely went dormant after non-use before).
The Enhanced Card’s T&Cs also say the same as the old card (linked above,

However, the FAQ on the Enhanced TnG Card page does state:
Will my enhanced Touch ’n Go (TNG) card become inactive if I were to not use it for an extended period of time?
The enhanced TNG card does not have any form of dormancy imposed to it. Hence, you may use it freely throughout the 7 years of the card's lifetime. The card will be inactive upon expiring after 7 years.
