The lowest base fare for Dub-HNL currently filed is around 1900 GBP without taxes, so I would suggest you change your departure airport. Read back a few pages in this thread or search HNL on the BA forum will suggest some different starting points
Stopovers are allowed on the fare but are prohibitively expensive at Euro 600 for those in the US / Canada / Mexico, so push the fare into much higher pricing.
