Can someone confirm my thinking is correct: It's my understanding that I can book an Air France flight, on the air france website, and still get delta MQD.
I thought it had to involve delta somehow like booking the AF flight on the delta website, or the other way around, booking a delta flight on the air france website.
Thanks!
Yes, you can book on AF website with AF marketed flights and enter your Skymiles number to get credit (it's best to not be logged into a Flying Blue account while doing this as site may use that instead). MQD will be earned as a percentage of miles flown rather than ticket price. See charts at
https://www.delta.com/us/en/skymiles...rline-partners for percentages. AF/KL websites will potentially show DL fares/marketed flights if they are both DL operated and non-stop flights between US-EU. If you happen to book a DL marketed flight on their sites, flights will earn based on fare price rather than distance.
