I'm considering having my fiancee apply for one of the 90k SUB Ink cards, but she doesn't have a CSP/CSR yet. When she hits the SUB, will it just read 90k UR points and she can open a CSP/CSR later to transfer them there for future transfers to airline/hotel partners?
