First time departing through TLV. I'm HBO with an early morning departure, which I imagine is likely the busiest despite the ungodly hour.

Is 3 hours early enough for departing? I've never been through before to know my risk level but prior to Israel I'll be in Jordan.

As I understand I can take the train in from Jerusalem to TLV, go through initial security, and then and if I'm HBO (and could check ino online) I don't have to go to a check-in desk but a separate desk for all HBO passengers regardless of airline? Then after that through regular inside security and passport control?
