Flew back from SYD in D1 in mid-Jan. The ST lounge is on the other concourse from the usual DL gate. Long walk. Reserve card doesn’t work in SYD Centurion per AMEX info.
PP lounge in T1 is in the concourse that DL usually departs from. Comfortable, plenty of seating before the DL morning flight. Basic breakfast, barista made coffee, friendly staff. From my view, fine for the morning flight.
