Did anyone ever experienced that with A3/OA? Wrote an e-mail to Aegean and did recived a standard reply. Not helpful as miles did credit, just not the right amount.
A3 is notoriously bad at responding to e-mails, both for speed of response and resolution of the issue. By contrast, phone agents are generally much, much better - although if you don't speak Greek you may have to explain the problem as succinctly as possible to avoid confusion.
I would call, ask for the M+B department, and take it from there.
