Stuck in St. Maarten - need help
I have a friend who is stuck in St Maarten for days now due to technical issues with a KLM flight. They found an Air France flight to get them back but KLM won't put them on it. What are KLM's "duty of care" obligations at this point? These people have young children they need to get home to.
