I did have this problem until on flight I asked to be shown how to unlock them myself. They were happy to teach me, now I do it myself whenever they forget.
I do likewise. Crew forgetting to unlock and lock doors before landing is a frequent occurrence, a member of cabin crew was happy to show me without me even asking how to do it sometime back, now I do it myself when it's forgotten which if very easy once you've been shown.
