Sweet Potato Tagine. Since I cleared the upgrade at the gate, no ability to pre-order. Whatever the desirable option was must have already been claimed, since I was given a choice of either this, or the "Nashville Hot" chicken salad, or as I renamed it based on my experience, Chicken Salad Salad.

It was edible? I thought it was really bland and lacked any discernible flavor. I think this would have been improved with a chicken breast instead of a scoop of sweet potato. Let's just say I'm very happy I ate in the Amex Centurion Lounge before my flight. Would not order again. However, the burrata and fig salad and the dessert were both excellent. I wish I could have had an entree sized portion of the salad!
