Shocked to see any success from concierge. I have a personal centurion and concierge could not be more worthless and pathetic. They are incapable of getting a table at a burger king during lunch let alone a real restaurant reservation. They have absolutely no pull anywhere any longer. Circles was 100x better and at least did more than look on opentable like i can do myself. Wish they would fire the entire concierge team (and centurion program team) and replace them with circles or someone else thats able to get results, especially for the price of centurion along with my 7+ figure annual spend - which im moving away from amex from all these failures.
