I rented a similarly-equipped X5 from Hilton Head last month. Wound up liking it so much I extended my rental and kept it for 11 days. I averaged 29 MPG over ~1100 miles, but I charged it to full quite a few times at hotels.

It's a shame National doesn't equip these cars with Active Driving Assistant, that was the only thing I found myself missing out on.
