Hello, so my flight, unfortunately, got downgraded from 777-300 ER to 777-300.

Seatguru does not specify the Seat 11J, but on KE site, I cannot select that seat and it has a "dog" picture on it. Does that mean it's already taken by a pet owner or it's reserved for passengers with Pet? The 11H is still available, so if that seat is blocked, I wonder if that's the "best" seat since it has no "neighbor"?
