I always stay at the Grand Hyatt, but funnily enough for the same reason as m0hamed. The location of the GH being in the city means everything I need to do is right at my doorstep. EG my office is nearby, lots of food options, bars.

But if you just wanted to relax, or don't mind the extra walk/tram then I can see the appeal for the PH.
