Will never touch them again, what crappy service- on a fully paid business class ticket and as a One World Emerald member. Even AA has sorted similar issues way more gracefully in the past so not happy with JAL at all.
JAL will tell you to deal with the 3rd party (Amex) since that is where you bought it from.
Amex will blame JAL or anyone else because that's what they do these days. (Expedia sucks)
It happened to me last year when AA decided to change a codeshare and neither Amex nor JAL would/could fix it. In the end I took the refund and booked on ANA.
