Predeparture drinks are orange juice or champagne, but if due to customs regulations it is not possible to serve champagne it’s orange juice or water.
By all means ask for water but it is not the service standard.
Well in that case it should be fed back to IFCE management that the service standard should be changed. £12k rerien to JNB and refused 120ml of water, utter crap.
