Honestly it's the most unfriendly service I've ever had in BA and seriously is making me reconsider my choices of travel. It's a cup of water not the Johnny Walker Blue I'm asking for.
Pleeeeeeeaseeee tell me this is tongue in cheek….I’m very much hoping, otherwise, you’ve provided some comedy to my evening regardless!

A bottle of water is provided at seat for consumption at any time (pre or post departure). Drink it before take-off? Ask for another. Drink that within an hour after take off? Ask for a glass of water with your after take off drink. You are asked if you’d like still/sparking water with your meal. Bottles of water are provided in club kitchen (big or small)…ask?
Yes, sometimes the small bottles of water start to run low. The smaller bottles of water are for crew consumption and CW/F customers. But there is nothing wrong (especially in this day and age with plastic) to ask for your bottle to be refilled.
Personally, as someone who drinks a lot of water on a flight. I take my own bottle, refill in the lounge/terminal, buy 2 for whatever in boots/smiths. Drink copious amounts of champagne, have a night cap. Ask for a couple bottles of water and then have my back-ups. If I don’t drink the ones a took with me (rare) they serve well to have on the way to accommodation…
