Today received Border Force's latest reply to my complaint. They're still sticking to the notion that it's me and not their e-gates, which of course it could be, however much I find that laughable. Having just been rejected by e-gate 2 at T5 I joined the manual processing queue and watched as everyone who used that e-gate was rejected (five in a row). The odds of all five of us being on the watch list are surely minute which only makes me more convinced that the gates are as much to blame as the mythical person who has cloned me or my dodgy passport which works everywhere else on the planet.
Does anyone know how often the e-gates are tested or how I could contact someone who may know? Border Force clearly don't care
