Honestly it's the most unfriendly service I've ever had in BA and seriously is making me reconsider my choices of travel. It's a cup of water not the Johnny Walker Blue I'm asking for.
yes, it’s appalling. I’ve never been refused after asking twice but I have had some huffing and puffing. God forbid the cabin crew have to do any work on the flight.
