Yes, i retrospect I think she was giving me the choice and I didn't understand that. Regardless, i think this is afar superior to the old system where you had to go into the arrivals hall, look for the staffer who was arranging the shuttle, hang around waiting for other passengers and the shuttle, ride 15 minutes to the Hilton, and then get a shuttle bus back 2 hours before your flight.
