Not yet. However, Oneworld are now working on an alliance wide e-ticket agreement and system. I think AA/AY and AA/CX is already possible - the rest of the alliance is due 'later this year'. As evidence of this, my last couple of BP's from BA e-tickets shows OW ETKT at the bottom.
