This is really a simple question, but I realized that I haven't had this situation in a long time (before mobile check-in). We have flights DEN-LGA (UA), JFK-BRU-KGL (SN) (all on one PNR/ticket) coming up in a few weeks. I'm wondering if the United app will even try to check us in on the SN flights and put BPs in the United app, or if I will just do a separate check-in for SN on their app. The Travel Ready Center does say that we are green on all requirements. From a seating perspective, I'll still likely have to go to the SN app anyway as we aren't paying for ASR and I want to pick seats. I'm wondering if it makes any difference if I do check-in on the SN app before I do the UA app, or if that will mess things up.
