They ultimately all go from DOH as it is their hub, so all flights connect through there - but you buy the ticket as, eg LHR-TYO, rather than two separate flights. So you want to be searching from UK airports (assuming GB is correct in your profile) to TYO. You also need some avios in your QR account before you can search.
