That's good news that the QR lounge at Singapore is open to OW passengers not flying with QR.

Last time I flew with Qatar from Singapore the QR lounge was not yet open, but I shall be flying from Singapore to Sydney with BA on Monday, so look forward to checking out the lounge then.
