LHR does have a smoking section. 2 years ago, it didn't, but now it does. This area was part of the first class and they moved the glass wall back into first class so now the RCC is bigger and gets a smoking area out of the deal.

I think FRA's RCC didn't allow it. I seem to recall my friend having to go to LH's Senator.
