There looks to be plenty of availability on Seatspy from all of those. BOS is showing availability on most days in March, and all Wednesdays are showing if you want to try a search using a March Wednesday on BA.com to see if that works. It may be that you need to put in the correct individual date and the calendar of availability isn't working.
