Considering a flight itinerary from Athens to San Francisco via CDG that has only a 85 min transfer window and trying to get some advice on how risky that would be before I book. The SFO flight appears to depart randomly from K, L or M gates, which I know significantly influences the time for transfer. This would be on a Friday in May at around 9-10AM with US passports.

Unfortunately the later flight would mean a 6.75 hour connection, so leaning towards rolling the dice with the 85 minute one. Appreciate the expert advice.
