How does one get in touch these days?
I called yesterday once (3pm HK time), and also three times today (between 9am - 11am HK time), on 27473333. Also entered my MPC number, and got recognized as Diamond. Most I had to wait was 3-5 min each time.
But my colleague, who is MPC Green, also called today about the same time I did. He was still on hold and yet to reach anyone, after I had finished my first two calls to Cathay.
Both of us had selected "Cantonese" as the language.
