I think you should ask for a partial refund on those Avios, since you've paid for something and received a defective product / less than what you were owed.
Completely full flight. I have asked for some Avios back but they have completely ignored it.
Unfortunately us Doha residents are something of a captive market when it comes to QR. I am quite shocked not to be offered anything whatsoever though. I guess the small consolation is I didn't pony up full price for it.
