They have advised, the system will be running a sweep to adjust the MQMs, MQDs, and mileage credit on all accounts affected with the change in earning on KLM in W, S, and A classes of service. As we are showing your travel 12/13-12/16/23 would have earned an additional 2,195 MQDs which would of qualified you for Diamond Medallion Status, I have adjusted your status to Diamond beginning 12/30/22 and have adjusted your travel on 1/26-1/29/23 to include the Diamond Medallion bonus miles.



We do not currently have a time line in which the additional MQMs, MQDs, and mileage credit will be adjusted to the affected accounts at this time as our Loyalty Department is still working on a fix for this.

So, I still don't have the right amount of MDQ's but at least I have my DM status and the benefits that go with it. I will NOT book a flight on KLM again! My only advice is to keep calling, always be polite and explain your situation to the Platinum (or whatever status you are) Agent that they will need to call the Skymiles desk to discuss this. They had put into the "notes" on my Skymiles account the exact number of MDQ's I was owed. Finally, I think the Skymiles desk supervisor was tired of hearing from me and just bumped me up to Diamond so I'd stop calling : ). Good luck! Lynne
