The fault is entirely on the side of DL. KL systems clearly know and recognize their own W/S/A fares to be Premium Economy fares. DL's booking and seating selection systems also recognize them since it books you into PS seats on DL flights. It's only DL's Skymiles crediting system that is still treating KL W/S/A fare classes as Economy classes that KL had previously used them for before introducing PE cabins and fares. While DL did update their chart on the website, clearly there was some kind of misconnect in actually getting IT to update backend systems to reflect earnings from new chart (also, the chart likely has an error as it shows all KL biz class fares as earning 200% MQM when it is almost certainly the case that only full J fares earn that rate -- just like AF and DL biz fares). Appealing to KL isn't going to be of any use since it is DL that needs to update the programming in their Skymiles crediting systems for KL coded flights. It will probably be necessary to escalate up to someone in IT at DL as the frontline agents are going to be mostly useless here.
