The DL agent today confirmed that it was in fact A class premium, said she saw my seating info, but they could only credit me what KLM provided to them which was the discounted economy. She contacted the SkyMiles desk who said it was a known error and they were waiting on a fix from KLM. I called KLM and you can only talk to a reservations agent who was useless lol.
