Miles with Natwest Account
For those with some cash to spare for a short term deposit, see :-

Up to 25,000 miles for a 30 day deposit. Presumably an account could be opened for a spouse and the monies moved on for another 30 days and then pooled in a household account.

This would produce a transatlantic or Caribbean 1 way J class for a 60 day £100,000 deposit which also pays 2.78% APR. Its a no-brainer for those with the cash to spare !
