Not so much SAS now unless you take the higher booking classes or go Prem/Business. They are supposed to have some really good PremEcon fares to west coast US.
Intra-Europe Business class in Austrian is supposed to be good for quick miles if you can find a good fare but Aegean's own business class is probably the best way to build miles quickly. Good fares can be found on leisure-heavy routes, especially in off-season. UK, Ireland and Portugal can have cheap C class and are some of the longest flights from ATH.
Ethiopian still give 100% miles in economy and serve some far away places, even directly from ATH now. For the mileage-chaser it's an advantage that their hub is well off the beaten track. Europe-ADD-HKG is a LONG way!
Turkish have some quite cheap business class deals to certain places. I just did an xxx-IST-KUL for about 1200 Euro in C which got me over 6000 miles. Not great just for the miles but i was going anyway...
