They do have awful Customer Service. Their thinking probably is that - We have the product and people will just eat it up. Forget all the little measly, annoying, and incomprehensible rules we make up. Forget about the Customer Care aspect. Forget about everything else. We got Qsuites and 200 Skytrax so people should just appreciate it.
Very narrow and shallow thinking. They will get theirs unless they MASSIVELY invest in customer care.
