According to the current rules your same-day arrival gives you SC access all day regardless of your outbound carrier. Some airports divide up security between airlines while others don’t so you might not have security access to DL/SC gates depending on airport. Not sure about ORD.
As long as you have a same day boarding pass for that airport, you can clear security at any terminal at ORD. Even better though is March 1st, the airside buses start back up so you'll be able to go from T5 to T1-T3 and vice versa without having to leave security.
