I wanted to update my missing miles. As I had posted earlier, my family did the Fly 2 RT get 20k bonus miles. We did the second flight in early December, but miles never posted. Chat agents could only confirm that we qualified, but could not say when the miles would post. I also filled out a missing mileage request, but never heard anything.

In late December, I got pissed off and filed a chargeback on the second flight with Chase. That flight was literally a quick-turn true mileage run, so it seemed legit to say that "the product was not delivered".

I got a reply in early February from Chase that my chargeback was reversed because the merchant had replied that the service was rendered. And then, magically, a week later the 20k miles werep posted for all of my family members!
