Their Instagram handle replies but all they tell is they’ve notified the staff and I should hear back (which I never do).
I realize today’s Rancho tour just started before our check-in (super slow: over 40 minutes)
They don’t have one tomorrow and the one on Monday might be too late since we check out Tuesday. They seem extremely short-staffed.
Sorry to hear that. I have a couple of other emails I can share with you if you still need them..but it sounds like you've already arrived at the property. Hopefully they got everything sorted out for you.
