I have to agree with
ARR72 regarding the front desk agents. None were rude but it didn't seem like they were enjoying their day at work.
My Room was upgraded on the day of arrival(prior to check-in) from Essential to Hollywood Sign View on the 15th floor. Room was pretty basic. No sounds heard from other rooms, hallway or the freeway.
Used the secret password and received free valet parking(other two options were both some sort of drink credits/discounts).
Received free breakfast voucher as Diamond good for any hot items and OJ was free as well. There was free coffee until 10 am at the restaurant, but any other hot drinks on the menu were not included with the Diamond voucher.
