This is driving me crazy. After spending hours reading that all WTP fares are upgradeable, I've booked into T class on a flight with plenty of awards seats in Club. But the option to "upgrade this booking using avios" doesn't appear anywhere in MMB. I'm surely missing a step or F'd up somewhere. If it's helpful, I'm booked on BA116 on Mar 19.
