Best value flight of the year (excluding awards)? GBP20 for a domestic Polynesian Airlines flight in Samoa - just breathtaking. Spending GBP50 to upgrade an SQ flight to F was also quite nice.

Biggest f***-up of the year? Having to sit in 2 middle seats in Y after last minute changes in travel plans.

Biggest let down of the year? Not getting award availability for Marrakech at Easter. Oh and the Ritz Carlton Singapore - a very, very overrrated hotel.
