I don’t remember using wrist bands here but it’s been about 18 months since we were there. It may depend on the age of the 3rd kid. This is one of those things where I’d just call the property and ask. They were exceedingly good with customer service when we went. If you have <12, you may qualify for a second “family” room at discounted rate. That question can be asked via Twitter DM with dates and ages.
