For some reason, regardless of whether I use hotel internet or my phone’s, VPN or not, EF simply hangs when I attempt to login.

Sadly I have a surface sector so I can’t see if I am able to upgrade through the app/MMB. I’m trying to determine if there is still a First seat available for upgrade or not - I’ve not tried it on the 787-10 and it would be a great way to kick off this trip.
