Your policy requires you to pay directly to the rental car agency using your credit card IN FULL for the rental.
At the moment, that's not possible. If you tie your card to WeChat/Alipay and use that to pay, you'll have proof that you paid using WeChat/Alipay but not using your US credit card.
If you want to be a guinea pig and test if it works - I think we would all benefit from this.
